Final Sale Policy

All purchases from Palooski Garments are considered Final Sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Each piece is produced with the highest level of craftsmanship, and all sales are made with the expectation that customers have carefully selected their items prior to purchase.

Only in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received will we review the matter. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase and clear documentation of the issue.
